Rooms were perfect and perfect, the staff was sweet. Our room had a fine bed and an absolutely fabulous view. Handy location, within easy walking distance of times square. The snack bar in the hotel had lots of free soft smoothies, tea and coffee throughout the day;))

helpful location, well decorated room, spacious bathroom. accommodating staff, especially the reception staff. super central location was a plus. i found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like keens steakhouse that is only 15 minutes' walk away.

perfect base for exploring new york. the continental breakfast included outstanding cheese, pastries, jam, milk and slices of fresh bread. the pool was lovely and i had bottled drinks in the rooftop bar. had access to its wifi, it was efficient.

The venue was clean enough, offered cool staff and location. The staff made my stay incredible. Decent sized suite and extremely comfortable bed. Spacious enough private bathroom. Very central hotel in a very safe area of New York City.
